Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas according to industry regulations Manage retail sales by upselling skincare products and offering product demos to clients Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and special offers Support front desk operations including guest services and scheduling appointments Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and hair styling techniques Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance skills in esthetic laser treatment, botulinum toxin procedures, dermal fillers, tattooing, and med spa services Assist in managing social media platforms to increase brand visibility and client engagement Requirements Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license required Proven experience in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and facial procedures Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium and
