Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body waxing to meet client needs. Must know hydrafacials Administer esthetic treatments safely and effectively, ensuring optimal results. Provide expert makeup application and nail care services to enhance client appearance. Conduct product demos and recommend skincare products tailored to individual skin types and concerns. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and equipment after each service. Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Promote retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and current promotions to support their skincare goals. Assist with Front desk tasks , events and scheduling appointments, managing client records, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. Experience Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician with certification in cosmetology or related field. Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products confidently.
