The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, a passion for aesthetics, and expertise in various cosmetic procedures. The Aesthetician will play a vital part in enhancing client satisfaction, promoting our services, and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety within the spa or salon environment. Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and facial therapies. Provide advanced services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and hair styling. Manage retail sales by recommending products suited to client needs and conducting product demos. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Utilize salon software such as Millennium and

for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking. Manage guest services efficiently at the front desk, including check-in/out procedures and answering client inquiries. Engage in social media management to promote services, special offers, and client success stories. Assist with management tasks when needed, including inventory management and service promotions. Stay updated on industry trends such as tattooing techniques, straight razor shaving, nail care, color theory, and new aesthetic treatments. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required. Proven experience in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, laser therapy, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and facial therapies. Experience with management software including Millennium and

MINDBODY

preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and communication skills. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining professionalism. Experience in retail sales within a spa or salon setting is desirable. Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus. Additional skills such as hair extensions, tattooing, hair threading, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering techniques, nail care, or med spa experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
