"The Iris Spa," an established spa and wellness center, is seeking a dedicated independent contractor to partner with and occupy our beautiful, turn-key spa room in La Mesa Village. This is an ideal setup for an esthetician, beauty professional, or other wellness provider who is ready to be their own boss. About the

Opportunity:

This is a commission-free, flat-rate room rental partnership, allowing you to retain 100% of your service income. We provide the professional environment; you provide the excellent service. What We Offer (Your New Space): We are located at 4695 Palm Ave in the heart of prime La Mesa Village. Your private room is available NOW for just $1,000 per month. It features: A dedicated in-room sink. Large built-in cabinets for storage. Access to our welcoming lounge area with a complimentary tea station for your guests. Available parking for your clients.

Who You Are:

You are a licensed professional (Esthetics, or other wellness specialties). You have a current La Mesa business license (or are ready to obtain one). You maintain professional liability insurance. You have your own established or growing clientele. This is the perfect opportunity to grow your brand within a supportive, established community.
