Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, peels, dermaplaning, body waxing, eyelash lifts, retail Sales, and to meet client needs and skin conditions. Follow strict sanitation and infection control protocols in accordance with state board regulations, and industry standards Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide expert recommendations, and communicate treatment plans effectively Maintain accurate records and client information using electronic record systems while ensuring confidentiality Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to optimize results Uphold all safety standards related to esthetic treatments, and other procedures Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices Proven experience performing facials, body waxing, lash lifting, peel knowledge and retail products. Familiarity with skin anatomy, theory, infection control practices, and sanitation regulations Experience delivering aesthetic treatments such as hydro facials, , body waxing, eyelash lifting.
