Experienced Sugaring Esthetician

We're looking for an experienced, licensed esthetician who takes pride in their craft, values client relationships, and understands that a great spa experience goes beyond the treatment room. The Role As an esthetician at The Honey Pot, you'll provide personalized skincare and hair removal services while helping maintain a welcoming, polished, and professional client experience. Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments and hair removal services, including sugaring.
• Conduct thorough consultations and tailor treatments to each client's needs.
• Maintain excellent sanitation, safety, and treatment room standards.
• Educate clients on appropriate homecare, treatment plans, and ongoing skincare maintenance.
• Confidently recommend services, retail products, and rebooking when appropriate.
• Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate client notes and follow established spa protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to support spa goals, a positive work environment, and consistent service standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence and a willingness to receive feedback and coaching. What We're Looking For
• Required qualifications
• Current California esthetician license.
• Previous professional experience working as an esthetician in a spa or skincare setting.
• Strong knowledge of skin health, sanitation, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence conducting consultations and explaining treatment recommendations.
• A professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to contribute to service, retail, and client retention goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
• Preferred qualifications
• Hands-on sugaring experience and confidence performing Brazilian sugaring.
• Experience with customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, or advanced skincare treatments.
• Familiarity with professional skincare products and homecare recommendations.
• Experience working with booking software and maintaining detailed client records. Wednesdays:

1:45pm-6:15pm

Thursday:

9:45am-2:15pm

Saturdays/Sundays:

8:45am-3:15pm
