Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, body waxing, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment benefits. Maintain accurate intake forms and document treatments using vagaro system Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and communicate realistic outcomes clearly. Stay current with industry trends in esthetic laser treatments, makeup application, hair threading, and other aesthetic services to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician Strong understanding of color theory, anatomy knowledge related to skin and facial structures, and skin care product ingredients. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clientele. Additional skills such as chemical peels, full body waxing, dermabrasion techniques, esthetic laser treatments, sales experience.
