Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing to enhance clients' skin health and appearance Provide professional nail services such as manicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, and pedicures with precision and care Apply and educate clients on the use of nail care products, including color theory principles for perfect polish application and nail art design Conduct hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to meet diverse client needs Follow strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty goals, recommend suitable treatments or products, and upsell retail items confidently Maintain detailed records of treatments performed and ensure disinfection procedures are rigorously followed between appointments Skills Extensive knowledge of cosmetology practices including skin care, hair styling, nail artistry, and body waxing techniques Proficiency in color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and other advanced nail techniques Strong understanding of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication skills Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on customer service excellence and retail sales skills Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines Skilled in retail math for effective upselling of products related to skin care and nail maintenance Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations Embark on a rewarding career where your talents make a lasting impact!
