Duties Perform a wide range of facial treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs. Provide body waxing services such as waxing and body waxing to ensure smooth, flawless skin. Deliver spa services that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, including makeup application and other aesthetic treatments. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment areas are clean and hygienic at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and customize treatments accordingly, fostering trust and satisfaction. Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and meet clients' skincare goals. Qualifications Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, or laser treatments. Knowledge of spa services including waxing, body waxing, makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a clinical or spa environment. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician specialties as required by local regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide exceptional customer service. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Sales skills for retail product recommendations that support client skincare routines.
