WHERE WE ARE, HONESTLY SMPCA

is an established scalp micropigmentation studio and training academy in San Lorenzo. We are expanding the space into a full aesthetic med spa. We have the location, the buildout, and an existing client base that already trusts us with their appearance. What we do not have yet is a signed Medical Director or a completed PC/MSO structure. We are recruiting for the Medical Director role right now, and the structure will be built with healthcare counsel before any clinical service line opens. We are telling you this up front because you would ask on the first call, and because a med spa that is vague about its clinical structure is a med spa you should not work for. If you are looking to start next week, this is not that role yet. If you want to help shape an injectable program from the ground up and are willing to talk while the structure closes, we want to hear from you.

WHAT THE ROLE WILL BE

Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments Conduct good-faith exams and consultations within your scope Build individualized treatment plans and manage results over time Help select products, set pricing, and shape the service menu Work alongside our Medical Director on protocol and documentation Optionally help train newer clinical staff as we grow

REQUIREMENTS

Active California NP or PA license in good standing Current injectable training and hands-on experience with neuromodulators and filler Confident with facial anatomy, complication management, and knowing when to tell a patient no Strong consultation skills, because our clients expect a straight answer Furnishing number (NP) or practice agreement (PA) as applicable
