We look at the skin, the lifestyle, and the emotional weight clients carry, and we treat all of it. Our founder trains estheticians across the country in this approach, so you'd be learning at the source. The Role We're looking for an experienced esthetician who is already confident with acne-prone skin and is excited to learn and work our way. You'll treat acne clients in person, build long-term relationships with them through our package programs, and become part of a small team that cares about results and about the people behind the skin. You might be a great fit if you: Have real, hands-on experience treating acne and can talk about the results you've gotten Are curious and coachable. You have solid foundations but you're open to doing things differently than how you were taught Care about the emotional side of acne and can be warm and patient with clients who feel discouraged Want to grow into a specialist and are excited about mentorship and ongoing education Are reliable, professional, and take pride in your work What you'll do: Perform acne-focused facials and treatments using our protocols Build customized treatment plans and guide clients through multi-month programs Educate clients on home care and set honest expectations for their progress Document client progress and communicate with the team Maintain a clean, calm, well-organized treatment room

Requirements:

Active California esthetician license Demonstrated experience and skill in treating acne.
