This is a great opportunity for an esthetician who already has experience with sugaring and/or waxing and wants to work in a professional studio environment while having the flexibility to continue building their own clientele. What We're Looking For Current California Esthetician License Experience performing sugaring and/or waxing services If providing sugaring services, you must have current sugaring certification Strong sanitation and hygiene practices Professional, friendly, and reliable Comfortable working independently and providing a high-quality client experience Passionate about the beauty industry and growing your clientele Compensation This is a commission-based position. For clients booked through the studio: 60% to the Esthetician | 40% to the Studio You keep 60% of the service revenue, while 40% goes toward the studio and the resources provided to you. Bring Your Own Clients One of the biggest benefits of this opportunity is that you can continue servicing your own clientele from the studio. You'll have the ability to use the studio space for your personal clients while maintaining your own client relationships and growing your business.
