The Pretty Jimmy is looking for an experienced, licensed esthetician to join our small, friendly team for a long-term, part-time position. We're an esthetician-owned, unisex skin and aesthetics salon with excellent reviews and an established clientele. What We Offer Consistent schedule with flexibility Hourly pay based on experience and demonstrated skills 100% of your earned tips Commission opportunities Performance-based pay increases Opportunities to learn and grow A welcoming team that takes pride in its work Required Qualifications A valid California esthetician license At least one year of hands-on experience performing both female and male Brazilian sugaring Ability to complete a female Brazilian in under 20 minutes and a male Brazilian in under 35 minutes, while maintaining thoroughness, cleanliness, and client comfort Ability to demonstrate Brazilian sugaring proficiency during the hiring process Sugaring certification is not required; experience and proficiency are essential. You love esthetics, have a strong understanding of skin, and help clients feel at ease—even during their first Brazilian. You work well in a fast-paced setting, keep your workspace clean, and follow established service protocols so clients receive the same quality of care with every team member. You're looking for a place to stay, contribute, and grow. Schedule & Compensation This is a part-time position. Holiday availability and occasional scheduling flexibility are required. Hourly compensation is based on experience, demonstrated skills, and qualifications, with opportunities for increases as your performance grows.
