What We're Looking For We are seeking a skilled, detail oriented Esthetician who takes deep pride in their work and is committed to ongoing professional growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong skill set across skin and brow/lash services, thrives in a collaborative team atmosphere, and prioritizes an outstanding client experience. We have a holistic approach to skincare and are looking for like minded individuals.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills Facial Treatments:

Proficient in delivering customized facials, facial massage techniques, and operating HydraFacial and other equipment.

Lashes & Brows:

Highly skilled in executing precise lash lifts and brow laminations.

Waxing:

Experienced in full-facial waxing and Brazilian waxing procedures.

Advanced Treatments:

Certified to perform chemical peels and microneedling treatments safely and effectively. Qualifications Active State License in Esthetics (required) Full Cosmetology License (a major plus) Certifications in Chemical Peels and Microneedling (required) Strong commitment to hygiene, client comfort, and safety standards Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team-first attitude Client retention Strong service and product knowledge Self motivated with strong work ethic

Pay:

$30.00 - $65.00 per hour
