We're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and sales-driven Licensed Esthetician & Wellness Specialist who thrives on building relationships, educating clients, and helping them achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals. What You'll Do-Advanced Beauty & Skin Services Perform Neveskin CryoFacials, CryoSlimming, CryoToning, and body contouring treatments. Perform HydroDiamond Facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other advanced esthetic services (training provided where applicable). Educate clients on treatment plans, home care, and skincare recommendations. Recommend professional skincare products that support client results. Recovery Services Guide clients through our recovery therapies, including: Full Body Cryotherapy Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy Compression Therapy Dry Float Therapy Oxygen Therapy Educate clients on the benefits of each modality and recommend customized wellness plans. Sales & Client Success (A Major Part of This Role) Success in this position is measured not only by exceptional treatments but by your ability to build lasting client relationships and confidently recommend solutions that improve their overall wellness.

Responsibilities include:

Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. Converting consultations into treatment packages and memberships. Recommending treatment plans that produce long-term client success. Upselling additional services and retail skincare when appropriate. Following up with prospective and existing clients. Creating loyal, long-term members through outstanding service and education. Our compensation includes significant commission opportunities , making this an excellent position for someone who enjoys sales and is motivated by performance-based earnings. Social Media & Brand Ambassador We're looking for someone who enjoys being the face of the business and helping grow our online community.

Responsibilities include:

Creating engaging social media content. Appearing confidently in videos, reels, and live content. Showcasing treatments, products, promotions, and client success stories. Staying current on social media trends and contributing creative marketing ideas. Collaborating with management on promotional campaigns and community events. Qualifications Active Colorado Esthetician License. Previous experience in aesthetics, med spa, wellness, or luxury spa environments preferred. Proven sales experience with confidence recommending services and products. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable on camera creating social media content. Professional, energetic, and positive attitude. Self-motivated with a desire to continually grow professionally. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability preferred.
