- 10:00 PM Monday through Sunday Full Job Description Highlands Spa is seeking an experienced Esthetician / Wax Specialist to work from our new Centennial suite location on Dry Creek Road.
This location is an extension of Highlands Spa in Highlands Ranch and is designed for an experienced, motivated esthetician who wants the flexibility of working independently while being connected to an established spa brand. This is a 1099 independent contractor position and is best suited for someone who is comfortable treating the suite like their own business. We are looking for someone who will actively promote themselves, build relationships with clients, grow their personal clientele, and take ownership of their schedule and success. The Centennial location operates primarily by appointment, and you will be working independently in a private professional suite. Responsibilities Perform professional waxing services, including Brazilian and body waxing Provide customized facial treatments Perform microneedling treatments Perform chemical peels and advanced exfoliation services Provide lash services, including lash lifts, tints, and eyelash extensions Perform dermaplaning and other esthetic services as appropriate Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and professional treatment suite Deliver excellent customer service and create long-term client relationships Educate clients on skincare, aftercare, and appropriate treatment plans Manage your appointment availability and schedule Actively promote your services through social media, referrals, networking, and other forms of self-promotion Help grow the Centennial location while representing the Highlands Spa brand professionally Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional esthetics experience Strong experience with waxing, including Brazilian waxing Experience performing microneedling Experience performing chemical peels Experience with lash services , including lash lifts and/or eyelash extensions Active Colorado Esthetician or Cosmetology License Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working independently without direct supervision Self-motivated and willing to actively build and promote your own clientele Reliable, professional, and organized Must be comfortable working in a private suite environment Must live within approximately 10-15 minutes of the Centennial/Dry Creek Road location Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, independent, and motivated to grow. This is not a traditional hourly spa position where clients are simply assigned to you. We are looking for someone who wants the flexibility of a 1099 role and is willing to treat this opportunity like their own business within the Highlands Spa brand . You should be comfortable promoting yourself, developing repeat clientele, requesting referrals, maintaining your availability, and helping grow your book of business.
