This position entails performing a wide range of skincare services including Acne Treatments, Photofacials, MicroNeedling, Medical Facials, Microdermabrasion, Nano Needling, K-Beauty, BioRegenerative Aesthetics, Medical Chemical Peels, HydraFacials and more. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in these modalities. Along with performing services, this is a sales position. You must want to build your clientele and have the passion and knowledge of Medical Esthetics that is required to do this. (please note full-time positions will start part-time and grow into full-time as you build up your books) We are known for our Holistic Acne Program developed by our Founder, Jessica Fanning.n We offer a proprietary 12-week acne program that consists of an initial consultation, home care and follow-up acne treatments. We will provide training on how to conduct this program and clear acne clients with a 95% success rate- you are not required to have this experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for clearing acne and helping people with long-term skincare solutions and is also a problem solver. Acne is a unique niche within esthetics and is requires a person that is detail oriented and a natural "detective". Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. Perform various esthetic treatments, including consults, acne treatments, IPL, VI Peels, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacials, adhering to sanitation protocols. Manage appointment scheduling and client records using salon software and Zenoti. Perform skin analysis and reading with Zemits. Stay updated on industry trends and promote services through social media management. Assist in retail sales and educate clients on product usage and benefits. Follow clinic service procedures, charting and photo taking procedures. Meet requirements for sales goals. Attend clinic events. Social media- Appearing in or creating educational and promotional content (e.g., short videos, before-and-after photos, procedure demonstrations) for use on the Clinic's website and/or official social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Colorado Esthetician License
• Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peel Certificates
• Minimum 3 years esthetics experience
