Our locally owned Hand & Stone is looking for a Licensed Esthetician who enjoys providing personalized facials, educating clients, and building a loyal clientele. We're looking for someone who can connect great treatments with thoughtful home care recommendations and a plan that keeps clients coming back. What you'll do Consult with clients about their skin concerns, current routines, and treatment goals. Perform facials and approved advanced services within your training and state license. Recommend appropriate treatment enhancements and home care products. Explain recommendations clearly so clients understand how they support their skin goals. Encourage rebooking and consistent care to build lasting client relationships. Maintain accurate treatment notes, sanitation standards, and an organized treatment room. Partner with the front desk to support appointments, client follow-up, and a smooth guest experience. Participate in ongoing education and regular coaching on service quality, retail sales, and client retention. What we're looking for An active esthetics license in the state where you'll work. Strong consultation skills and a commitment to safe, personalized skin care. Comfort recommending products and services and working toward sales goals. A friendly, professional approach that helps clients feel at ease. Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Evening and weekend availability preferred.
