Key Responsibilities Perform professional facials, skincare treatments and other services within scope of licensure. Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized consultation before each treatment. Maintain a calm, clean, luxurious, and welcoming treatment environment. Recommend appropriate products and treatments based on guests? skincare needs. Deliver consistently high-quality service while respecting guest privacy and comfort. Maintain professional knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and hospitality standards. Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements. Communicate effectively with the front desk, spa team, management, and other hospitality departments. Assist with maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and overall spa presentation. Support the property?s guest-service standards and contribute to a positive team environment. Encourage repeat visits and build strong guest relationships through attentive, personalized service.
