Compensation and Benefits:

Our Professional Therapists start at $50 - $55/hour (with tips) Additional pay for add-on services Paid liability insurance Paid time off Dental/Vision/AFLAC insurance plans Employee referral bonus We Offer a Safe, Supportive, Esthetician Focused Environment 15-minute breaks between facials Flexible scheduling All hydraulic massage tables All supplies provided Booking, laundry, and other support duties handled for you Focus on esthetician self-care Free monthly massage or facial Retail discount on products Receive guidance and encouragement from our supportive, hands-on leadership team, dedicated to your success as a valued member of our close-knit community.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality We're excited to connect with aspiring and professional estheticians alike, who want to thrive in a diverse environment that celebrates unique talents and perspectives.
