Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as an Esthetician and/or Massage Therapist and Front Desk Specialist. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare and wellness, while also being confident in front desk operations and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate combines hands on treatments with professional client communication, creating a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation, grooming and well-being. Our mission is to make sure each client leaves looking and feeling their absolute best. Duties Perform a variety of spa skincare and spa service treatments including facial treatments, body and face area waxing that meet individual client needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, make product recommendations, and promote retail sales to support their goals. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards during all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments efficiently, and addressing inquiries professionally. Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, managing appointment schedules, and processing payments. Promote retail products effectively by understanding client needs and highlighting suitable solutions. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or Massage Therapist with a strong background in luxury treatments and massage techniques. Knowledge of spa services. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills and client communication techniques. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment. Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for educating clients about product benefits is essential.
