We are seeking a passionate and skilled License Aesthetician with a strong background in facials and body treatments to join our dynamic skincare team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in skincare, spa services, and aesthetic treatments will help create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every guest. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care Deliver professional spa services such as waxing (body waxing included), makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their results and satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and provide exceptional customer service Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually improve service quality Support team efforts by assisting with retail sales and promoting skincare products that align with clients' goals Experience Valid state license as an Aesthetician or Cosmetologist with proven experience in facials and body treatments Demonstrated expertise in skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments (if applicable) Strong background in spa services including waxing (body waxing preferred), makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment Previous experience in retail sales of skincare products is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while delivering outstanding client care Join our team where your skills will be valued, your passion for skincare will flourish, and your career can reach new heights!
