As an Esthetician, you will provide personalized skincare consultations and a variety of beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other services to meet individual client needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to all health and safety regulations during treatments. Utilize EMR software like Nextech to schedule appointments, update client records, and process sales efficiently. Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, fostering trust and ensuring a positive experience from consultation to follow-up. Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions. Experience Proven experience working in the medical industry as an Esthetician with knowledge of skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures. Hands-on experience performing facial treatments Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and skin tightening procedures. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their skincare goals. Join us in creating radiant transformations!
