Duties Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision, ensuring safety and optimal results for each client Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser treatments, body waxing, and hair threading Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines Manage client communication through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to foster strong relationships and encourage repeat business Utilize salon software such as Millennium or

for scheduling appointments, updating client records, and processing transactions Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner with relevant aesthetic experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on aesthetic injections and skin treatments Strong knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser therapy, and other aesthetic procedures Skilled in management of social media accounts for marketing and client engagement purposes Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently Experience with salon or med spa management software is preferred Knowledge of retail sales techniques and upselling to promote skincare products and treatment packages Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with health regulations Passion for staying current with industry trends

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
