Demand-Based About Vita Eterna:

Vita Eterna is a new luxury aesthetics and wellness practice built around a simple philosophy: Luxury Comes to You. Based in our private studio in Jensen Beach, Vita Eterna will provide both studio and concierge services throughout Florida's Treasure Coast, including Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties. We are building our founding team and seeking an experienced Licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, personalized care and building lasting client relationships. The Opportunity:

This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity for an experienced skincare professional who wants to help build an elevated aesthetics practice from the beginning. As Vita Eterna's Founding Aesthetician, you will help shape our skincare experience, treatment protocols, client education, retail experience and standards of care. This is not a traditional fixed full-time schedule. Scheduling will initially be driven by client demand and Aesthetician availability, with no guaranteed minimum weekly hours.

What You'll Do:

Perform customized professional facial treatments. Conduct skin analyses and personalized skincare consultations. Perform approved exfoliation and facial enhancements within credentialed scope. Perform dermaplaning and superficial peel services when appropriately trained and cleared under Vita Eterna protocols. Develop individualized skincare and home-care recommendations. Educate clients on professional skincare products and complementary services. Build ongoing skincare plans focused on long-term client relationships. Complete accurate client documentation in Vita Eterna's practice-management system. Maintain exceptional sanitation, treatment-room and safety standards. Support rebooking and continuity of care. Participate professionally in designated Vita Eterna content, education and events. Provide eligible studio and concierge skincare services. Vita Eterna will utilize a curated selection of professional and medical-grade skincare lines for treatment protocols and personalized home-care recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Active Florida Facial Specialist registration or another applicable Florida license/registration authorizing the services performed. 2+ years of hands-on professional skincare/aesthetician experience. Demonstrated professional facial-treatment experience. Strong skin-analysis and consultation skills. Experience recommending professional home-care skincare. Excellent sanitation, documentation and client-care standards. Polished, professional presence and strong communication skills. Ability to provide highly personalized service without pressure selling. Reliable transportation. Interest in working within a collaborative aesthetics and wellness practice.

Preferred:

Med-spa, luxury aesthetics or premium skincare experience. Dermaplaning experience. Superficial peel experience. Experience working alongside medical aesthetic Providers. Familiarity with professional and medical-grade skincare lines. Prior experience with Vita Eterna's specific skincare lines is not required. Approved product and protocol training will be provided as appropriate. The Vita Eterna Client Experience We are looking for someone who sees skincare as more than performing a facial. Our Founding Aesthetician should be able to listen, assess, educate and develop a thoughtful plan that evolves with the client over time. We believe recommendations should be based on what is appropriate for the client - not on pressure to sell products or services. The right person will value attention to detail, discretion, responsiveness, natural results and creating an experience clients genuinely want to return to.

Compensation & Schedule:

This is a production-based 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with additional retail performance opportunity. Compensation details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process. Scheduling is flexible and demand-based. There are no guaranteed minimum weekly hours or earnings.
