Experienced Aesthetic Injector - NP / PA Waypoint Health & Wellness | Jupiter, Florida Join a growing luxury wellness and aesthetics practice. Waypoint Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced aesthetic injector to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. We are looking for a confident, personable medical provider with substantial hands-on experience performing Botox/neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and aesthetic consultations . This is not an entry-level injector position. We are looking for someone who can independently assess patients, develop appropriate treatment plans, provide excellent injection technique, and deliver a high-end patient experience. What You'll Do Perform Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or other approved neuromodulator treatments. Perform dermal filler treatments. Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and anatomy. Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance. Recognize, manage, and appropriately escalate potential complications. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, photography, consent forms, and treatment records. Work closely with Waypoint's Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director, and clinical team. Assist in developing Waypoint's injectable treatment protocols and patient experience. Help build lasting patient relationships and grow Waypoint's aesthetics program. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida NP/APRN or PA license. Proven hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectables. Strong experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required . Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning. Experience with facial balancing and natural-looking results. Understanding of injectable complications and emergency management. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills. Professional, polished, dependable, and patient-focused. Current malpractice coverage appropriate for aesthetic injectable services, or ability to obtain coverage. Preferred Experience Several years of medical aesthetics experience. Advanced injector training or certifications. Previous med-spa, plastic-surgery, or dermatology experience. Experience mentoring or training other medical providers. Familiarity with skin rejuvenation, medical weight management, peptides, IV therapy, or wellness medicine is a plus. Existing local patient following is a plus, but not required .
