Position Summary:

HomelyMD is seeking a passionate and licensed Aesthetician to join our Medical Spa team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate is experienced in skincare treatments, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and confident in recommending customized treatment plans and skincare products. Key Responsibilities Perform professional facials, chemical peels, and customized skincare treatments. Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients on skincare routines, aesthetic procedures, and product recommendations. Recommend retail skincare products, treatment packages, and memberships based on patient needs. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding patient experience. Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients through trust, education, and excellent results. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Stay current with industry trends, skincare products, and aesthetic treatment techniques. Collaborate with healthcare providers and the MedSpa team to provide comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Active Florida Aesthetician License (Required). Minimum 1 year of experience providing aesthetic or skincare services preferred. Strong knowledge of skin conditions, skincare products, and aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills. Sales experience or the ability to recommend treatments, memberships, and skincare products is highly preferred. Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
