Conduct advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, botulinum toxin injections, eyelash extensions, and body waxing services. Provide professional waxing services including body waxing and hair threading to ensure smooth results. Apply makeup for special occasions or client consultations, enhancing natural features with skillful artistry. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Use salon management software like

to schedule appointments, update client records, and process sales efficiently. Engage with clients through excellent communication and customer service, offering skincare advice and product recommendations to foster loyalty. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with knowledge of skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures. Familiarity with salon software such as

MINDBODY

for appointment scheduling and client management. Strong skills in retail sales, upselling skincare products, and promoting salon services. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other advanced esthetic techniques. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and treatment options. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic services including waxing, tinting services, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, nail care, makeup application, barbering (if applicable), and skin care consultations.
