Engage with clients through excellent communication and customer service, offering skincare advice and product recommendations to foster loyalty. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with knowledge of skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures. Familiarity with salon software such as

for appointment scheduling and client management. Strong skills in retail sales, upselling skincare products, and promoting salon services. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other advanced esthetic techniques. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and treatment options. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic services including waxing, tinting services, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, nail care, makeup application, barbering (if applicable), and skin care consultations.
