Owner Job Summary Kulani Derm & Wellness Spa is a premier medical spa dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through personalized skincare, advanced aesthetic treatments, and wellness services. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Licensed Esthetician who is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and outstanding treatment results. Excellence in customer service is a must, and you need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. The Licensed Esthetician will provide professional skincare treatments, facial services, waxing, and advanced aesthetic procedures while educating clients on customized skincare regimens and treatment plans. This individual will play an important role in growing client relationships, promoting retail products, and contributing to the overall success of the spa. Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities Perform professional skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans Perform HydraFacial® treatments with confidence and consistency Perform skincare services, such as facials and other services as requested by the client Suggest various upgrades, such as the use of specialized skincare products. Perform full facial and body waxing services Perform dermaplaning, LED therapy, and high-frequency treatments Educate clients on proper home skincare routines and recommend appropriate products Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation according to state regulations and company standards Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care Promote membership programs, treatment packages, and retail skincare products Stay current on skincare trends, products, and treatment protocols Esthetician requirements and qualifications Current Georgia Esthetician License in good standing Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on esthetician experience Previous HydraFacial® experience required Experience performing facial and body waxing required Strong knowledge of skincare products, skin conditions, and treatment protocols Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
