We serve Oswego, Naperville, Aurora, Plainfield, Yorkville, and the Fox Valley from one building: injectables, InMode energy devices, laser hair removal, facials, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, IV / Vitamin Bar, and Hello Gorgeous RX.

You will work under:

Dr. Mukesh Arora, MD — Medical Director, Internal Medicine. Medical-grade laser and InMode training and treatment are performed under his direction, with direct supervision and clinic protocols. Danielle Alcala-Glazier — Owner and Founder. Danielle is in clinic daily and sets the standard for consult quality, room presentation, and how clients are treated. Ryan Kent, FNP-BC — Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full Illinois prescriptive authority, on site six days a week. This is a medical spa, not a day spa. The difference for an esthetician here is the opportunity to train on medical-grade lasers and InMode platforms under direct physician supervision — laser hair removal, Solaria CO₂ fractionals, Morpheus8 Burst, and InMode body — while you continue to own lashes, facials, HydraFacial, and dermaplaning at a high level. What we need We are hiring a licensed Illinois esthetician whose lash work is already excellent. Lashes are the core of this seat. Skin services are expected from day one. Device training is the growth path we will invest in. Lashes (required on day one) Classic, hybrid, and volume full sets and fills; lift/perm and tint as offered. Clean isolation, consistent mapping, adhesive safety, aftercare, and a portfolio you can stand behind. We need someone who already builds a beautiful, retained set — not someone still learning the basics on our clients. Skin (required on day one) Signature facials, HydraFacial, and dermaplaning to Hello Gorgeous protocols.

A real consult:

assess, recommend what fits, chart, and deliver a calm, premium visit. Medical-grade training (what we will develop you into) Under Dr. Arora's medical direction and direct supervision, you will train on: Laser hair removal (Zemits DuoCratus) Solaria CO₂ fractionals (InMode) InMode Morpheus8 Burst InMode body / Quantum RF Advanced facial and HydraFacial protocols as our menu requires Training is scheduled, paid, and signed off before you treat independently on those devices. Manufacturer-aligned education is part of how this clinic develops the floor. What we expect Illinois esthetician license in good standing (IDFPR). We verify. Documented lash experience with paying clients and a current portfolio. Punctuality, a prepared room, and a consult that matches our brand: honest, unhurried, no pressure. Accurate charting, consents, and photos. Evenings and Saturdays as the book requires. Willingness to train on medical-grade devices under direct supervision and to follow protocol exactly — settings, test spots, candidacy, aftercare. A professional presence with clients, front desk, and providers. This is a high-standard floor. Preferred HydraFacial and dermaplaning already in your hands
