+ Product Commission Take Your Aesthetics Career to the Next Level Pur Bliss Med Spa is a growing boutique medical spa in St. Charles, IL, and we're looking for an experienced Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician who is passionate about skincare, advanced treatments, and helping clients achieve beautiful results. This isn't a position where you'll be limited to traditional facials. You'll have the opportunity to work with advanced aesthetic treatments and laser technology , continue expanding your skills, and build long-term relationships with clients. What You'll Do You'll provide customized treatments based on each client's skin concerns and goals, including: Customized medical-grade facials Chemical peels Dermaplaning Microneedling HydraFacial treatments Laser hair removal IPL treatments Tattoo removals Other advanced aesthetic and laser treatments based on your training and experience You'll also: Perform thorough consultations and recommend individualized treatment plans Educate clients about skincare, treatment options, and realistic expectations Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare and home-care regimens Build lasting relationships with clients and help them maintain their results Follow up with clients and encourage appropriate future treatments Assist providers with treatment preparation and client care when needed Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records Follow sanitation, safety, and clinical protocols Help maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and inventory Participate in special events and promotions Help create engaging social media content featuring treatments, skincare education, promotions, and results Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Passionate about skincare and medical aesthetics Friendly, polished, confident, and professional Excellent at consultations and client education Comfortable recommending treatments and skincare products Motivated to build and retain a loyal clientele Sales-minded while always putting the client's needs first Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Comfortable with technology, EMRs, and social media Interested in continued education and learning new treatments A positive team player who takes pride in providing exceptional service Qualifications Current Illinois Esthetician License required Laser certification/training required Minimum 2 years of professional aesthetician experience preferred Experience with consultations and treatment planning Hands-on experience with multiple aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser hair removal, and IPL Experience with HydraFacial, PCA Skin, tattoo removal or other advanced aesthetic technologies is a plus. Familiarity with EMR/charting systems, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Microsoft Word, and Excel is also helpful.
