Experienced Esthetician — Part-Time One Magnificent MedSpa | Wilmette, IL One Magnificent MedSpa is a well-established, growing medical spa that has proudly served the Wilmette community since 2017. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate Esthetician to join our all-female team. Our ideal candidate is professional, personable, confident, and independent, with a genuine passion for skincare and helping clients look and feel their best. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional client experiences while working in a professional, collaborative medical-spa environment. Our team is led by Dr. Sara Dickie, Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon , and we value ongoing education, teamwork, professionalism, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Position Details Part-time:

1-2 days per week, with flexibility based on availability Flexible scheduling No weekends or holidays Primarily daytime/evening shifts

Monday:

approximately 9:00 AM-5:00

PM Wednesday:

approximately 11:00 AM-7:00 PM Additional shifts may be available as agreed upon In-person position in Wilmette, IL Grey or black scrub uniform provided Free, convenient parking Responsibilities Perform professional skincare treatments and customized facials Provide an exceptional and personalized client experience Consult with clients to determine appropriate skincare treatments and home-care recommendations Educate clients on professional skincare products and treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Build strong, lasting relationships with clients Contribute to treatment, product, and package sales Work independently while being a positive and collaborative member of the team Preferred Experience & Qualifications Active Esthetician License required Minimum 2 years of esthetics experience required Medical spa experience preferred Laser certification/experience is a plus Dermaplaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of professional skincare and treatments Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, dependable, and motivated Comfortable recommending skincare products and treatment plans Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Perks Percentage of service revenue Gratuities Product and package sales bonuses Employee discounts on products and services Continuing education opportunities Paid time off Flexible schedule Free parking Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with an established medical spa If you are an experienced Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, client care, and working in a professional medical-spa environment, we would love to hear from you!
