Job Summary The Spa by Sun Spot is looking for a friendly, dependable Tanning & Wellness Consultant who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. We're seeking someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every client who walks through our doors. In this role, you'll guide clients through our tanning and spa services, educate them on tanning packages, products, and wellness treatments. You'll help create a clean, relaxing environment where every visit feels personal. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a positive, client-focused atmosphere where professionalism, continued learning, and genuine care are at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide a friendly, personalized experience from check-in to check-out. Educate clients on tanning equipment, spa/wellness services, memberships, lotions, and retail products to help them achieve their goals safely and effectively. Assist clients in selecting the tanning, spa, or wellness services that best fit their needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment, including tanning rooms, wellness equipment, and common areas. Accurately schedule appointments, answer phones, process payments, and assist with daily operations. Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized care. Participate in ongoing education to stay current on tanning, skincare, and wellness products and services. Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive environment while helping The Spa deliver an outstanding client experience. Requirements Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build lasting relationships and provide a personalized client experience. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude. Comfortable recommending products and services based on each client's needs. Willingness to learn new services and expand your knowledge through ongoing training. Comfortable participating in photography and video content that showcases services for marketing and social media purposes. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and limited weekends as needed. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience, qualifications, and the value you bring to our team.
