RN, NP or PA | Part-Time | Unpaid | 6-Month Minimum Monarch Med Spa - Crown Point, Indiana Monarch Med Spa is seeking a motivated RN, NP, or PA who is serious about building a career in aesthetic medicine and wants the opportunity to learn alongside an experienced aesthetic injector. This is an unpaid educational internship designed for someone who has already completed foundational neurotoxin and dermal filler training and wants to gain real-world experience, mentorship, confidence, and supervised hands-on opportunities.
What You'll Learn:
Neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments Facial anatomy and treatment planning Patient consultations and communication Injection techniques and clinical judgment Patient safety and complication recognition Supervised hands-on injecting as competency is demonstrated and when legally and clinically appropriate Patient follow-up and relationship building The business of medical aesthetics Social media, content creation, and personal branding
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is a currently licensed RN, NP, or PA in Indiana Has completed training/certification in both neurotoxins and dermal fillers Is highly motivated to build a career in aesthetic medicine Is outgoing, personable, coachable, and eager to learn Is a
SOCIAL MEDIA ROCKSTAR
Is extremely comfortable in front of the camera Loves creating Reels, short-form videos, and engaging social media content Understands social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement Is excited about building a personal brand as an aesthetic provider Is comfortable speaking to and educating an audience Is proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT and excited about using AI for content creation, marketing, and workflow Is dependable, professional, and willing to put in the work required to become an excellent injector
Schedule:
1-2 days per week Some evening availability required Saturday mornings required Minimum 6-month commitment This is not an introductory injection course. Applicants must already have completed foundational neurotoxin and dermal filler training.
