Aesthetician Part-Time Opportunity Location:

Mishawaka, IN Payrate:

$21.20 per hour The Centre, P.C., northern Indiana's premiere comprehensive plastic surgery practice and medical spa is seeking a part-time Aesthetician to work in our Medical Spa.

Required Qualifications:

Licensed Medical Aesthetician from the state of Indiana with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a medical setting. Knowledge of medical grade skincare products and ingredients. Proven time management and follow-up skills utilizing creativity, drive, and commitment to excellence. Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling services and skin care products. Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills. Medical Spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery industry experience is a plus.

Daily Duties:

• Consult with clients to identify client goals and recommend/perform services/products to achieve optimal results.
• Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional customer experience while ensuring the safety of the client at all times.
• Follow up with client to answer any questions to assist in achieving optimal client results.
• Perform services including chemical peels, facials, laser treatments, body contouring, microneedling , etc.
• Clean provider room between patients; assist with Facebook postings with Marketing Coordinator and periodic clearance of older stock items.
• Learn new modalities of the spa as they are added to the patient offerings . Evaluate new treatments and products with an eye towards making sure the medical spa is offering the most current, cost effective and efficient services
• Generate and maintain a solid client base. Adjust sales presentation content to patients based on the procedures offered in the practice, inquiring about past purchases and feedback from patients regarding current expectations for cosmetic products and services.
• Ability to back-up the front desk staff by using the EMR system to create invoices, take payments, schedule appointments, document services provided, etc.
