Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Esthetician to join the Radiant team! With Radiant MedSpa you will deliver exceptional skincare, beauty, and wellness services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. As an Esthetician, you will utilize your expertise in skin treatments such as custom facials, Hydrafacial treatments, chemical peels, and laser hair reduction. Your approach and commitment to Radiant MedSpa will ensure customer satisfaction and drive the success of Radiant MedSpa. Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including custom facials, Hydrafacials, chemical peels and laser hair reduction treatments with precision and care. Manage client appointments efficiently using software such as Acuity and Aesthetic Record ensuring seamless scheduling and record-keeping. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards through proper sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations. Requirements Valid Kansas Esthetician license required Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and client flow effectively Knowledge of, or willing to learn MedSpa software platforms such Aesthetic Record Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor capable of selling products and services ethically and with confidence Commitment to sanitation standards including proper sterilization techniques for tools and treatment areas Previous experience in med spa environments or hospitality settings is advantageous.
