Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing to meet individual client needs. Provide expert nail services such as manicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, and pedicures while maintaining high standards of sanitation and disinfection procedures. Apply and educate clients on the use of nail care products, including color theory concepts and proper maintenance routines. Offer additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering to diversify client options. Maintain a clean and safe salon environment by adhering to all salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, recommend appropriate treatments or retail products, and upsell services confidently. Stay current on industry trends such as new nail techniques, skincare innovations, and retail sales strategies to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for nail art and aesthetic treatments to create personalized looks. Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including acrylics, gel manicures, nail extensions, and proper disinfection procedures. Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on esthetician services like facials, dermabrasion, laser treatments, waxing, and body care. Excellent client communication skills to understand needs clearly and deliver tailored recommendations. Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety protocols. Retail sales expertise with an understanding of retail math principles to promote products confidently. Knowledge of salon safety protocols including disinfection procedures for tools and workspaces. Strong interpersonal skills combined with enthusiasm for upselling additional services or retail items to enhance client experience.
