$400/month for full-time access, open to part-time discussion! Skin Studio Esthetics in Paris, KY is owned by Destiny Hatton. A licensed esthetician, certified lash artist and permanent jewelry artist! I rent my own private space right on Main Street in Paris from an amazing landlord! It features a store front window, private entrance, mini lobby area with complimentary drinks and snacks for clients, divided working area for the treatment table for facials, brows, lashes, waxing, etc. and a separate area currently set up for my permanent jewelry but may be moved around in the future for spray tanning and/or anything a renter may like to add. One sink area with cabinets is in the space plus a private bathroom. The color scheme is very neutral: white, black, tan, gold and some greenery. I am an esthetician that focuses on anti-aging facials, dermaplaning and brow laminations. I no longer accept lash extensions clients apart from friends/family/longtime clients. I work full-time on a thoroughbred farm so I only use the space part-time and would love to see it used more!

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR

Ideally a certified lash extension artist would fit best but I am open to an esthetician that specializes in different areas than myself, a makeup artist, spray tanning artist, etc. Really anyone that does not require their own sink in the space as one CANNOT be added. Someone looking for a 1099/booth rental position. You are in charge of your own hours (apart from my set time in the space), products/supplies, taxes, record keeping, etc. Someone licensed/certified in your respective area of practice if required by the state and/or the appropriate county business license and insurance. Someone simply respectful of my space and belongings, trustworthy and organized.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Rent for the space is $400 a month or $100 weekly for full-time use. This includes Monday-Saturday access. I ONLY use the space for my appointments on Sundays from 8am-8pm and select evenings after 4:30pm, typically Thursdays and Saturdays. If you are looking for more part-time use, I'm open to discussing! Included in your rent : access for yourself and your clients Monday-Saturday before 4:30pm (most evenings will be open later as well), all utilities of electric, gas and wi-fi, tv access to play shows or music, complimentary drinks and snacks for clients provided, use of my treatment table and other equipment if applicable for your services or space for your own set up, membership to the Chamber of Commerce for Bourbon County with a ton of benefits and advertising, and any help with booking sites, websites, etc!
