In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments and laser procedures that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in skincare, laser technology, and aesthetic treatments will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, aesthetic treatments, and laser services to meet client needs. Operate laser equipment safely and effectively for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other laser-based procedures. Provide detailed consultations to educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and product recommendations. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Assist with retail sales by demonstrating skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client results. Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, listening attentively, and addressing client concerns professionally. Support the team with additional spa services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or deep tissue massage as needed. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and aesthetic treatments. Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments with a focus on safety and precision. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Experience in retail sales through product demos and recommending suitable skincare solutions. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and adhere to health regulations.
