Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to meet client needs. Provide expert skincare consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans and retail products. Deliver deep tissue massages and other body treatments that promote relaxation and wellness. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations. Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and aesthetic devices to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Proficiency in spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their aesthetic goals. Experience in retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic devices through product demos and client recommendations. Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
