Therapeutic Bodywork is an integrative Wellness Center in Cotuit, MA offering Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Skincare and Waxing. For more than 20 years, we have built a reputation for exceptional client care, professional excellence, and a supportive team culture. We are seeking a licensed Esthetician who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through personalized skincare treatments and education. What We Offer Established wellness center with a loyal client base Dedicated marketing and scheduling support Fully equipped treatment rooms and professional-grade products Consistent client demand and strong internal referrals Employee discounts and competitive commission structure Positive, collaborative work environment All linens, supplies, and equipment provided Responsibilities Perform customized facial and skincare treatments Conduct client consultations and assess skincare goals and concerns Educate clients on home care and product recommendations Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records Prepare and reset treatment rooms between appointments Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked Provide exceptional client care from arrival through checkout Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and team-oriented environment Qualifications Current Massachusetts Esthetics License Minimum of 2 years of professional, hands-on esthetics experience Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and punctual Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their skincare goals If you are looking for a supportive environment where you can focus on providing exceptional care while we handle the marketing, scheduling, and operations, we'd love to hear from you.
