This is a small, intentional studio, not a high-volume spa, and Periidot is looking to bring someone into that world in a real way. The Role Periidot is looking for a licensed esthetician to grow into a full client-facing role here. This is a real investment position , not a quick fill: Start at roughly 15 hours/week in a structured, fully paid training period — hands-on practice and building the product and protocol knowledge specific to this studio Training starts at $23/hour , with pay commensurate with experience As you build skill and confidence, you'll transition into working directly with clients, moving into a commission-based structure Timeline is flexible based on experience — more experienced estheticians may move into client-facing work sooner Along the way, you'll help with restocking, laundry, studio upkeep, and (with oversight) social media content Who You Are Current MA esthetics license, in good standing with no disciplinary actions or complaints on record Must carry current professional liability insurance A genuine resonance with clean beauty and holistic skincare Trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely committed — this is a relationship Periidot is investing in, and the same commitment is expected in return A real service heart — if what draws you to this work is helping people feel cared for, not just the technical side of skin, that matters a lot here A genuine growth mindset — this role rewards curiosity and initiative, not coasting once the basics are down Strong, warm customer service instincts; comfortable building real relationships with clients Self-reliant clinical judgment — someone who can think on their feet, not just follow a script What You'll Get Hands-on training and mentorship from someone with 17+ years of experience in the skincare industry and a deep background in customer service A genuine path to building your own client book within a supportive, established studio A warm, low-drama, professional environment centered on real skin health, and creating a space for clients to relax and unwind To Apply Please reach out with a brief introduction, your resume, and proof of licensure.
