• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, recommending products and treatments for optimal skin health.
• Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, treatments, and technology through continuing education and training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a comprehensive approach to customer care and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician.
• Proven experience in skincare and aesthetic treatments in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Passion for skincare and staying informed about industry advancements.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
