We are seeking a licensed Esthetician / Facial Specialist with 1+ year of hands-on experience who is passionate about beauty, client care, and delivering exceptional results. Existing clientele is preferred, though not required; candidates with an established client base are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide professional esthetic services, including facials, brow shaping, brow tinting/lamination, and lash services (training provided for studio-specific techniques if needed) Perform thorough client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in accordance with Maryland state regulations Educate clients on aftercare and recommended products Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business Accurately document services and client notes Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive studio environment Qualifications Active Maryland Esthetician or Facial Specialist license (required) Minimum of 1 year professional experience in esthetics Experience with brows and/or lashes preferred Strong attention to detail and precision Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and punctual Passion for the beauty industry and continued learning What We Offer Competitive pay (hourly + tips/commission, based on experience) Employee discounts on services and products Ongoing training and skill development Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within a reputable boutique studio Schedule Flexible scheduling available Weekend availability preferred
