Full-Time A well-established, physician-owned plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an established aesthetic provider who wants to practice in a sophisticated, patient-focused environment with strong existing demand, significant earning potential, and the resources to continue growing their patient base. The ideal candidate is an experienced injector who is confident, self-motivated, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering natural, high-quality aesthetic outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers Perform cosmetic laser and energy-based treatments Educate patients on treatment options, maintenance plans, and post-treatment care Build and maintain long-term patient relationships Deliver consistently high-quality aesthetic outcomes and an exceptional patient experience Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team Participate in practice marketing, patient events, and social media initiatives Stay current on aesthetic products, technologies, techniques, and industry best practices Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience Demonstrated proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Cosmetic laser experience strongly preferred Established aesthetic patient following preferred Strong consultation and patient relationship-building skills Self-starter with a desire to grow and maintain a successful patient base Comfortable with social media and contributing to practice marketing initiatives Positive, collaborative, team-oriented approach Strong aesthetic eye and commitment to natural-looking results What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Performance-based bonus with strong earning potential Established patient demand with opportunity to continue building your own following Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Malpractice insurance 401(k) and additional benefits, as applicable Supportive, positive, and collaborative team culture About the Practice This established, physician-owned plastic surgery and aesthetics practice offers both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services in a high-quality clinical environment.
