Immediate Commission Option:

If you bring a loyal local clientele, you can step straight onto our premium 40% service commission rate on day one. Your rate is formally reevaluated at 90 days to increase to 43% based on performance.

Custom Transition Protection:

If you are building or transitioning into our guest base, we provide a customized, competitive hourly base wage + tips during your first 30 to 60 days. This protection rate is fully tailored to your specific schedule, availability, and depth of experience.

What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, results-driven skincare treatments tailored to each guest's unique skin goals. Perform expert customized facials, advanced skincare treatments, dermaplaning, and full body/facial waxing with absolute precision and care. Conduct authentic, comprehensive guest consultations to build deep trust, retention, and custom homecare regimens. Educate guests naturally on skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail solutions. Maintain meticulous sanitation, sterilization, and treatment room standards.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a practicing Esthetician preferred.

Licensing:

Active Maryland State Esthetician or Cosmetology license required.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in customized facials, advanced treatments, dermaplaning, and full-body waxing.

Schedule Availability:

Must be available for a variety of shifts to meet peak guest traffic, including evenings and weekend days .
