Responsibilities Provide a range of aesthetic services including facials, microneedling/microchanneling, and eyelash lift and tint. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations. Utilize Aesthetic Record for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences and results. Manage social media platforms to showcase services, promotions, and client transformations. Deliver exceptional guest services by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits. Qualifications Valid esthetician license as required by Maryland state regulations and prefer two years of experience. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in a med spa setting is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. A passion for the beauty industry combined with strong hospitality skills will set you apart.
