Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Blu Water Day Spa, a luxury, results-driven spa in Kensington/Rockville, Maryland. This is not a high-volume environment. We focus on quality, personalized treatments, and long-term skin results. The ideal candidate is confident in performing customized facials, conducting thorough skin consultations, and delivering an exceptional, unrushed client experience. The Esthetician will be responsible for providing high-level customer care, recommending professional skincare products, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and elevated treatment environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for skincare are essential. Candidates who are committed to continuous learning and building long-term client relationships will thrive in our environment. Qualified candidates may be invited to perform a practical demonstration as part of the interview process.
