Job Description We are seeking experienced, motivated, and professional Licensed Estheticians to join a growing medical spa team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, educating clients, recommending treatment packages, and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume medical spa environment while maintaining excellent client satisfaction and treatment outcomes. Primary Treatment Responsibilities Perform T-Shape body contouring and Neveskin facial and body treatments. Provide customized facials, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and hydration. Perform facial and body waxing while maintaining proper sanitation standards. Assist with or perform SkinPen microneedling only when legally authorized and appropriately trained. Conduct client consultations, assess skincare and body contouring goals, and recommend suitable treatments. Educate clients on treatment expectations, packages, and aftercare. Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all safety and infection-control protocols. Client Consultations and Sales Recommend individualized treatment plans and packages based on client goals. Explain treatment pricing, promotions, and available payment options. Promote treatment packages, rebooking, referrals, and long-term client retention. Meet established individual and team performance goals. Additional Responsibilities Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully stocked treatment rooms. Complete client intake forms and treatment documentation. Capture before-and-after photographs with appropriate consent. Follow company policies and established treatment protocols. Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and dependable attendance. Assist with appointment scheduling and client follow-up as needed. Participate in staff meetings, training, and promotional events. Collaborate with management, nurses, medical providers, and other estheticians. Qualifications Active Maryland Esthetician License in good standing. Previous esthetician or medical spa experience preferred. Experience with body contouring treatments preferred. Experience performing facials and waxing. Strong communication, consultation, and sales skills. Excellent customer service and professional conduct. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and treatment techniques. Availability to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
