This is not a traditional front-desk job. Our Spa Consultants are actively involved in sales, guest education, spa operations, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back. No tanning, spa, or beauty experience is required. We'll teach you that. What we can't teach is personality, work ethic, reliability, and the confidence to start a conversation with anyone. What You'll Actually Do Connect with clients Greet and check in guests Learn what they're looking for and recommend services that fit their goals Explain our tanning, sunless, and wellness services Build relationships with regular clients and make new guests feel comfortable Sell Recommend memberships, services, and retail products Talk confidently about promotions and featured products Work toward individual and team sales goals Celebrate wins and learn from coaching Keep things running Clean and sanitize rooms and equipment between guests Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked spa Answer phones and assist clients with questions Process transactions through our point-of-sale system Help with opening and closing responsibilities You'll Probably Love This Job If You... Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM-9:00

PM Saturday-Sunday:

10:00 AM-6:00 PM We're especially interested in applicants with evening and weekend availability.
