Job Summary Experienced Esthetician Wanted for Boutique Medspa & Wellness Practice | Baltimore, MD Are you a skilled esthetician with a passion for skin health, client care, and growing your own book of business? Do you want to be part of a fast-growing medspa and wellness practice that values high-touch care, beautiful results, and a root-cause approach to aesthetics and wellness? We are hiring an Experienced Esthetician to join the team at Green Relief Health , located in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for someone who not only delivers amazing skin care services but is also excited to build and lead a growing esthetics department within a medically driven environment.

Position details:

Providing high-quality facials, waxing, other esthetic services such as lash lifts, lash tinting, and brow shaping Performing skin health assessments that complement the treatments of our medical providers (Botox, filler, hormone therapy, etc.) Collaborating with medical spa staff to provide full-spectrum treatment plans for skin health and rejuvenation Educating clients about home skincare and product recommendations Documenting treatments accurately and professionally Assisting with internal promotions, client communication, and retention Base pay to start with productivity bonus structure around generated revenue to eventually move to full productivity compensation structure. KPI benchmarks to guide your success including goal treatment revenue goals, rebooking rates, retention rates, referral rates, etc.

Marketing & Growth Expectations:

You should feel comfortable and confident promoting your services on Instagram and other platforms. You will be posting to your professional account which you must maintain with at least 3-5 posts weekly and daily stories related to customer/client experiences when working. You will also be responsible for building the esthetician social media content library and improving engagement with these postings. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate prior experience with client acquisition through social media Experience tracking your own revenue or commission production at previous jobs is a big plus we want someone who understands their value and is ready to grow Who This Role is

Perfect For:

Licensed esthetician with 1+ years of independent client experience Experience in a medspa, plastic surgery office, or wellness practice preferred (but not required) Self-starter who is ready to take ownership and build a department Passionate about skin health and whole-body wellness Has a professional presence, is client-focused, and takes pride in their results
