•Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team at a leading Med Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for performing various esthetic services, educating clients on skincare products, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, body treatments, liquid micro-needling, micro-needling, and chemical peels. Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs. Provide product demos and educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. Assist in sales efforts by promoting services and products during client interactions. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new product offerings. Qualifications Valid esthetician license. 4+ years of experience required. Required - waxing experience and will be trained to do speed waxing. Experience in a Med Spa environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and comfortable with self-promoting/self-motivation. Knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices. A passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
